Prof. Michael Charleston "Xiao" Chua, a Filipino historian and a native of Tarlac, visited Tarlac State University on January 4, 2023 (Wednesday) to hand over his collection of rare books and periodicals published by the University of Santo Tomas.
These seven books will be housed at the Museo-Archivo Tarlaqueño managed by TSU's Center for Tarlaqueño Studies.
TSU President Dr. Arnold E. Velasco personally received the donated learning materials along with Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Agnes M. Macaraeg, Executive Assistant to the TSU President Dr. Brigido B. Corpuz, and CTS Head Prof. Jose Russell S. Arador.
