Students are the foremost and integral stakeholders of Tarlac State University, and all its decisions are always for the greater good of the students.
The opt-out mechanism duly approved by the Board of Regents is the university's means of accommodating more students despite the budget constraints that TSU constantly faces.
Before enrolling under the opt-out mechanism, the enrollees went through orientations and counseling. Office Memorandum Order No. 10 s. 2025, issued by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, serves only as a reminder among the students.
In this regard, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs is opening its doors to all bona fide students of TSU for questions and clarifications regarding the content and context of the said memo.
